Tomisin Adefare is a Nigerian agricultural extension officer, researcher, and entrepreneur dedicated to advancing agricultural development and sustainability. She holds a master’s degree in Agricultural Extension and Rural Development from the University of Ibadan, where she has been involved in research within the Department of Agricultural Extension & Rural Development.

Her latest research on Precision Agriculture is now available for download. [Pages 78-84. Proceedings of the 3rd African Conference on Precision Agriculture (AFCPA)/ F. J. Adekoya, B. V. Bamidele and T. E. Adefare (2024). Advancing Precision Agriculture Education in Sub-Saharan Africa: Exploring Factors for Success and Obstacles.

As the founder and CEO of Topak Agro Hub, an agricultural development organisation, Adefare focuses on improving rural health and sanitation, as well as promoting sustainable farming practices. Her work emphasises the use of precision agriculture technologies, including drones and GIS, to enhance agricultural productivity.

Adefare’s contributions to agricultural development and community health have been recognised by various platforms, including the Savvy Fellowship Program for Entrepreneurs, where she is listed as a fellow.
