Applications are still open for the Mastercard Foundation EdTech Fellowship.
The Mastercard Foundation EdTech Fellowship is an entrepreneurship acceleration program designed to support promising, African EdTech ventures. Implemented in partnership with innovation hubs and EdTech accelerators across Africa, the Fellowship provides select EdTech companies with critical business and financial support, as well as insight into the science of learning, preparing them for scale, sustainability, and impact.
In 2024, 92 EdTech companies from implementing partner tech hubs across Africa showcased their improved solutions to stakeholders in their respective countries.
During the Demo Days in South Africa, Nigeria, Ghana, Kenya, and Senegal, each cohort of the Fellowship demonstrated how their innovative solutions are enhancing education in their countries by making learning more accessible, inclusive, and affordable through technology.
