As Founder of the Timbuktoo Africa Innovation Foundation and representing AfriLabs on the governing council, Anna Ekeledo has announced a call for applications to the Timbuktoo Fintech Startup Accelerator, supported by the UNDP.

Anna says:

I had a fantastic chat today with William TSUMA (PhD), Head of UNDP Lagos & Chief Innovation Officer, UNDP Nigeria, about the needs of the African continent and how African innovators can tackle development and industry challenges through the Timbuktoo initiative.

I am quite excited to work with William, UNDP leadership and other innovation stakeholders, in both the public and private sectors. Together, we can achieve the vision of transforming industries like healthcare, education, financial services, agriculture, mining, and more, to drive wealth in Africa.

(L-R): Anna Ekeledo (Executive Director, Afrilabs); William TSUMA (PhD) – Head of UNDP Lagos & Chief Innovation Officer, UNDP Nigeria
