At the Kendor Consulting 11th HR Bootcamp (L-R): Adora Ikwuemesi (Founder, Kendor Consultig); Sharon Ekeoma (HR professional)

On the 12th of December, 2023, Kendor Consulting hosted Human Resource professionals to its 11th Human Resources Bootcamp Conference – a platform dedicated to reinventing People Management practices.

The two-day event – tagged ‘Unleash. Advancing Human Capability for a Borderless Future’ – took place at the Lagos Oriental Hotel, with Kendor Consulting Founder, Adora Ikwuemesi, widely thought to have pulled off yet another innovative conference.

Participant, Sharon Ekeoma, corroborates:

“This conference was a lighthouse for HR experts and beginners, offering an in-depth look at the dynamic field of human resources management.

“I thoroughly enjoyed the two days of the program, learning about everything from the nuances of the Monetization Blueprint to how to use employee data for effective health initiatives. The conversations about how to launch a career in human resources and the significance of ethics, governance, and sustainability in creating better workplaces struck a deep chord.

Sharon Ekeoma

“The significance of putting employee well-being first and recognizing Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) as essential components of economic success as well as moral obligations was enlightening. Furthermore, the incorporation of technology has become a revolutionary factor, facilitating efficient HR operations and raising the bar for the employee experience. The power of resilience was one of my favorite sessions.

“This comprehensive encounter acted as a catalyst for both professional and personal growth, going beyond simple knowledge absorption. My perspective has been widened by the knowledge I’ve received, and it has also strengthened my resolve to support constructive change at Tetra Maritime. The Human Resources Bootcamp Conference 2023 provided a platform for empowerment that encouraged creativity and prepared HR professionals to take the lead in establishing a resilient and progressive future for the workplace.

“It was a pleasure meeting with, and listening to keynote and guest speakers like Adora Ikwuemesi, Dele Aloko, Chike Onyia, Esq. , Arinola David, SHRM-SCP, GPHR , Dr. Gbenga Adebayo, MPH , Elizabeth Okonji (Chartered FCIPD) , Franklin Ali , IVIE TEMITAYO-IBITOYE, to mention a few.”
