Dr. Kyenpyia Deshi may be a Lecturer at University of Jos based (Plateau State, Nigeria), but one of her more famous identities is as Founder of Ritdun Integrated Farms – an Agricultural centre (also located in Jos) that grows the most exotic of fruits: Dragon fruits, grapes, strawberries, pomegranates the popular Wambugu apples.

Dr. Kyenpyia Deshi (Founder, Ritdun Integrated Farms, Jos): “Grapes grown in Jos. Usually harvested in july and november to December, those are its fruiting seasons. In between seasons we sell frozen grapes” 📸 @ritdun_intergrated_farms

Ritdun Integrated Farms is a family-run home farm which in addition to fruits, also grows vegetables, herbs and spices, and potatoes. They produce a variety of semi-processed agro products, provide seedlings, rear livestock, and actively introduce teenagers to the basics of gardening.
