Fola Laoye (Co-Founder & CEO at Iwosan Investments)

Fola Laoye (Co-Founder & CEO at Iwosan Investments) has received honours at the Extraordinary Women Advancing Healthcare Awards (EWAH), in recognition of her exceptional leadership and innovative contributions to healthcare management, operations, financing, and strategy.

In support of her win, Iwosan Lagoon Hospitals (part of the Iwosan Investment Group) had this to say:

Her commitment to advancing inclusive and pioneering healthcare initiatives sets a benchmark for excellence in our industry.

Under her guidance, our organisation has consistently pushed the boundaries of what is possible in healthcare, delivering transformative solutions that benefit patients and communities alike. This well-deserved accolade is a testament to her tireless efforts and profound impact on the healthcare sector..

Building upon a proud legacy of excellence since the launch of Lagoon Hospitals in 1986, the larger Iwosan Lagoon Hospitals was, in January this year, commissioned by Lagos state governor, Babajide Sanwo-Olu, representing an elevation of medical excellence with its cutting edge services.

The 27-bed multispecialty facility, which is positioned as a reference point for breakthroughs in Cardiology, boasts a team of world-class healthcare experts and advanced technology-driven medical equipment, including a catheterisation laboratory for early diagnostics and treatment of a wide range of cardiovascular conditions.
