The long-awaited Agribusiness Innovation Challenge is back for 2024, seeking passionate young minds who intend to revolutionise Nigeria’s food system.

The Challenge targets anyone with an innovative, tech-driven solution that tackles challenges across the food supply chain, thereby improving food safety, nutrition, and access for all?

Focus areas include:

  • Supply Chain Traceability (blockchain, smart sensors)
  • Last-Mile Distribution Networks
  • Climate-Smart Financing
  • Agricultural Productivity & Efficiency
  • Post-Harvest Loss Management

Who can apply?

  • Women and youth aged 18-35
  • Registered agri-tech startups with solutions for the Nigerian food supply chain
  • Startups willing to expand to Oyo, Ibadan, Benue, or Nassarawa
  • Committed and dedicated teams
  • Registered businesses with the Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC)
