Nominations are now open for the 2024 AWIEF Awards, created to recognise and celebrate the achievements of female entrepreneurs and business owners across various industry sectors in Africa. Nominees should have demonstrated outstanding vision, leadership, inspiration, and business success.
AWIEF (Africa Women Innovation & Entrepreneurship Forum) is an award-winning pan-African women economic empowerment organization that works to close the gender gaps by driving women’s business leadership and entrepreneurship in Africa.
The awards cover eight categories: Young Entrepreneur, Tech Entrepreneur, Agri Entrepreneur, Creative Industry, Empowerment, Energy Entrepreneur, Social Entrepreneur, and Lifetime Achievement.
Nominations close on August 05, 2024, and winners will be announced November 28-29 at a special ceremony and gala dinner during the AWIEF 2024 Conference in Cape Town, South Africa.
