Mustapha Njie is an entrepreneur, with 47+ years of experience in the Construction, Housing & Real Estate industry under his belt. Shareing his first-hand dining experience at Eazy Kitchen (a Gambian fusion restaurant located in London, and owned by young Executive Chef, Ebou Jobé), Alhaji Njie says: “I highly recommend fine dining at this exclusive restaurant, and you can’t leave without trying the Jollof rice (Benechin) and ‘Afra'”.

Eazy Litchen describes itself as a small business with a big heart, dedicated to bringing diners the best of Gambian food, fused with international flavours and culinary techniques. Its Gambian-inspired dishes promise an unforgettable and immersive dining experience that celebrates the vibrant flavours of Africa.

The journey of the restaurant’s founder and and executive chef, Eboue Jobe, began over a decade ago, with years of experience as a chef from Michelin-star restaurants to street food, and initial training under the esteemed mentorship of Jamie Oliver through his apprenticeship program.
