Mustapha Njie is an entrepreneur, with 47+ years of experience in the Construction, Housing & Real Estate industry under his belt. The journey of the restaurant’s founder and and executive chef, Eboue Jobe, began over a decade ago, with years of experience as a chef from Michelin-star restaurants to street food, and initial training under the esteemed mentorship of Jamie Oliver through his apprenticeship program.
